Prestanda, pris, leveransvillkor, garantier etc var grunden i all aff\u00e4rsverksamhet under st\u00f6rre delen av 1900-talet. Detta f\u00f6ljdes av mer emotionella beslutsunderlag som f\u00e4rg, form, status, exklusivitet etc.<br \/>\nMen i takt med att \u00e4ven dessa argument tenderar att likna varandra, skapas p\u00e5 2000-talet utrymme f\u00f6r aff\u00e4rsv\u00e4rldens &#8221;storytellers&#8221;. Kan man ladda sin verksamhet eller sina varum\u00e4rken med en sj\u00e4l eller ber\u00e4tta en historia som skiljer sig fr\u00e5n konkurrenternas, \u00f6kar chanserna till god kundlojalitet och l\u00f6nsamma, l\u00e5ngsiktiga aff\u00e4rer.<br \/>\nMen f\u00f6r att detta ska lyckas genom CRM-aktiviteter kr\u00e4vs strategiska st\u00e4llningstaganden fr\u00e5n f\u00f6retagsledningen, s\u00e5v\u00e4l som en tydlig acceptans fr\u00e5n de anst\u00e4llda. Det tar helt enkelt tid att v\u00e4nda verksamhetens fokus i dessa fr\u00e5gor, men f\u00f6r dem som lyckas finns goda aff\u00e4rer som bel\u00f6ning.
