Det r\u00e4cker inte f\u00f6r en organisation att bara vara stolt \u00f6ver de varor och tj\u00e4nster som man tillverkar eller levererar. Man m\u00e5ste inse att det \u00e4r p\u00e5 emotionella grunder som m\u00e4nniskan tar till sig information och slutligen fattar sina beslut. D\u00e4r kan storyn vara en bro in i k\u00e4nslan hos kunden, brukaren, klienten, medlemmen eller vem du nu vill ber\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;The only way to do great work is to love what you do&#8221;<\/em>, sa Steve Jobs. Jag skulle vilja l\u00e4gga till: &#8230;och ber\u00e4tta om det.<\/p>\n<p>Det handlar om att k\u00e4nna och att ber\u00e4tta, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r ber\u00e4ttelsen tala om eller visa h\u00e4ndelser, om m\u00e4nskliga m\u00f6ten som ber\u00f6r och som visar meningen med verksamheten, produkten eller tj\u00e4nsten. Detta g\u00e4ller rakt \u00f6ver fr\u00e5n privat, offentligt och ideellt arbete. B\u00e4sta storyn vinner.<\/p>\n<p>Sen f\u00e5r man f\u00f6rst\u00e5s l\u00e4gga upp en plan. Varf\u00f6r ber\u00e4ttar vi? Vad vill vi ber\u00e4tta? Kan vi skapa situationer som visar ber\u00e4ttelser som visar dessa v\u00e4rden och k\u00e4nslor?<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r d\u00e4r man b\u00f6rjar sitt arbete med att bygga ber\u00e4ttande organisationer eller att \u00e5tminstone addera ber\u00e4ttarv\u00e4rden till sin verksamhet.
